ALC Serve Day!
The church is a family, a team, one body with many members, all working together to build one another up and to accomplish the common mission of increasing God’s kingdom to all people and places. We whole heartedly believe that by the power of the Holy Spirit, together we can love God, love others, and lead all people to the fullness of life found in Jesus.
On Sunday October 25th before and after service, we will have tables in the lobby setup that represent all of our serve teams for Sundays. Each table will have information for you, what specific roles we need and when they serve, and how to sign up and get started from there!
Here are some different teams you can start serving on with Austin Life!
Hospitality Team
We want to be a church, a people, who genuinely love and welcome all people into our lives and community. This can be greeting others, giving out information on ALC, helping with coffee and snacks, praying with others, and more. Anything to help people feel welcome at all times at Austin Life!
Worship/Tech Team
Have a desire and passion to lead people to life in Jesus through times of worship? Play an instrument or want to lead others in singing? Wired for things like video, audio, and media? Our team serves on Sundays and at other events that we have at different times during the year.
Austin Life Kids Team
We want to lead kids to life in Jesus and we believe The Lord has called us to pass this on to the next generation (Psalm 145, Deuteronomy 6). Join this team to help coordinate, teach, or assist everything that's going on with Austin Life Kids!
Austin Life Students Team
We strive to lead students to life in Jesus through genuine encounters with God. We’re looking for people who are: passionate about serving students, creative, dependable, and flexible with a ministry that is always evolving. Let us know if you want to help reach and minister to our communities, families, and schools.
Setup/Teardown Team
Love to set things up and then take them apart to pack them up and transport? It takes a lot to setup and teardown each week for Austin Life Church since we don't have a building of our own. We are always in need of more people serving in this area to help setup each week, and then quickly tear down when our service is over to transport our items back to storage.
