Dioko is the greek word for "Press on". It describes a relentless pursuit after a goal. Paul used this word when he said that he would "press on" to lay hold of the prize, the upward call of knowing, loving, becoming like Jesus.

A dioko group is a 12 week group with people who want to press on with a relentless pursuit after Jesus and want to help others / be helped by others, to do the same.
